1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ac999", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the ac999 platform accessible at https://ac999.io.
• "Platform" means the ac999 website, mobile interface, application, and all associated services and features.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an Account, or places a wager.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the functional currency of all Account transactions on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a casino game, live dealer game, sports betting market, or any other game of chance or skill offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or cashback amount credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by ac999 before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing a Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our customer support team.

3 Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. ac999 operates a strict 21+ policy. The Platform is not available to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity and not as a professional gambler operating in a commercial capacity on behalf of a third party.
3. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of ac999 or any of its affiliated entities.
4. You do not have an existing Account on the Platform. ac999 permits one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
5. You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by ac999 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform or any other platform operated by ac999.

ac999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension pending review.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. ac999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep Account information current.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party and to log out of your Account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.

ac999 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, provision of false information, or any other breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account funds are held in BDT. ac999 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ac999 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods currently available on the Platform include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Deposit processing time: Typically under 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad.
• Withdrawal processing time: Same-day for verified accounts; up to 3 business days for accounts pending KYC review.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to your Account, subject to technical availability. ac999 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal of ৳10,000 or above.

Funds deposited into your Account are held for gaming purposes only. ac999 does not pay interest on Account balances. If your Account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 may be applied to the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated, whichever occurs first. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ac999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated clearly at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply across all ac999 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a defined period from the date of credit. Any unused Bonus Funds or associated winnings remaining after the validity period expires will be forfeited automatically.
• ac999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by an eligible player.
• Only one bonus may be active in an Account at any given time unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• ac999 reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through abuse of the promotion system.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ac999 Platform are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the rules of any game before placing a Wager.

Game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software where applicable, or by live physical dealing in the case of live dealer games. ac999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or network interruption — ac999 will endeavour to resolve the affected round fairly using available game-state data. Where a fair resolution is not possible, the affected Wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Account balance. This determination is at the sole discretion of ac999.

For sports betting markets: ac999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that has been quoted or settled in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ac999 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), whether in your own name or under any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform or place Wagers.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal or fraudulent activity.
• Using the Platform for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported to support and are subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of chargeback or payment reversal after wagering funds.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent the security or integrity of the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ac999 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game assets, text, graphics, user interface design, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ac999 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ac999.

10 Privacy & Data

ac999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ac999 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of data transmission or storage is entirely secure, and ac999 cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ac999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your voluntary Wagers placed on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions beyond ac999's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decision made by ac999 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms & Conditions, including Account suspension or Wager voidance.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

ac999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ac999 will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, ac999 encourages Players to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution.

ac999 is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to the support email address listed below. ac999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 2 business days and endeavour to provide a final determination within 14 business days of receipt.
